Recently, my eldest son came up to me and said he wanted to be an engineer like his dad. Naturally, this made me very happy! I remembered the “Young Tesla” kit that I had ordered about a year ago. Here is the link.
Assembling the kit took about 15 minutes, including explanations on how to use a soldering iron. And the most interesting part was watching the neon and fluorescent lamps light up in our hands.
During our experiments, the monitor turned off a couple of times 🙂
At one time, such experiments were a stimulus for me to come up with and make something of my own. I hope that for my son it will be something similar.
